Monica has been in the escrow and title industry since 1985. She started out as a document puller (when microfiche was still around with no computers and carbon paper and whiteout were a must!). In 1989 she took her LPO test and became a full-fledged Escrow Officer in Washington State and haven’t looked back sense. Monica has closed escrows in Washington, Hawaii, Oregon and back to Hawaii where her soul is at home. She has closed all types of transactions from residential resale, commercial, REO, manufactured homes, Bulk Sales, new construction and development transactions to name a few.
Monica prides herself in her communication skills and knowledge of many types of transactions. She keeps everyone informed as to what is transpiring on their transaction with the knowledge that she has formed over the years in the industry. Monica knows if she was selling/purchasing my property she would want that level of communication also. Monica strives to make every transaction as easy and stressless as possible.
