Charlene Valencia attended Niu Valley Intermediate & Kaiser High School.
Since 1998, Charlene has been closing some of the most complex real estate transactions ranging from new construction, 1031 Exchanges & Residential and Commercial transactions on the mainland in California. Understanding that transactions can be emotionally charged by all parties, she brings a level of professionalism and expertise that helps in reassuring her clients while successfully closing transactions.
When not closing escrows, Charlene is spending time with her husband, Sam, and their 3 children, Nick, Bella, and Sophia. She is an animal lover and adores her dog, Koa and Princess, the cat. She enjoys the local culinary scene the Hawaiian culture offers, cheering on Bella in her volleyball tournaments, supporting Sophia in her bowling tournaments, doing every ocean activity there is while enjoying a barbeque with family and friends.
